• Always store your scooter in a dry place at room temperature (20°C). Be aware that at low temperatures, you can lose up to 50% of your battery life during use.
• Even if you do not use your electric scooter, remember to recharge it regularly (once a month) to prevent the batteries (external and internal) from being damaged and losing autonomy.
• On powerful scooter models, it is recommended to keep the battery level above 35%-40% battery, in order to maintain optimal performance.
• If your electric scooter has a dual motor, it is recommended to ride at a moderate speed in Mono when the battery is below 50% to avoid a safety cut-off.
• It is recommended that you wait approximately 30 minutes to charge your battery after turning off your product. Do not charge it directly after using the external battery to prolong its lifespan.
• Use an appropriate charger for your electric scooter with an external battery.
• Your batteries being connected in parallel, when you plug in your electric scooter, the two batteries charge and discharge simultaneously. One charger for two batteries!
