Returns
Dear Customer, Weebot accepts returns within fourteen days, provided that the products have never been used or damaged and still have their original packaging.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to take back your device that has been used in the context of resale in the second-hand market.
If the product no longer suits you, it would be preferable and more advantageous for you to resell it privately on your own, as it could depreciate significantly, disadvantaging you, like any used vehicle.
Batteries: Given the variety of possible batteries and to offer you the most recent and efficient cells, we create each battery to order. This means it is a customized product not eligible for return or withdrawal rights.
Of course, the Weebot warranty will continue to apply to the new owner; they just need to present the purchase invoice and the transfer deed along with their ID to benefit from the warranty we offer from the date of purchase.
Items will be returned at your expense via the delivery method of your choice. Please contact our customer service in advance: contact@wee-bot.com so that we can provide you with the return procedures.
