The procedure to follow in case of a claim

Once after subscribing to the insurance, the procedure to follow in case of a claim is very simple!

You have 5 working days to report your claim, either by:

  • Phone at 09 70 80 97 54 
  • E-mail at: moovzen@sbp.eu 

In case of theft, you will need not only to declare your claim but also to file a complaint with the competent police authorities (the theft of the guaranteed vehicle must be mentioned in the complaint) with, of course, the various references of the guaranteed product (brand, serial number, model…).

The repair

With WEECLUB Premium, you will have the option to have your product repaired directly at a Moov'Zen partner, or directly with WEEBOT! No additional fees will be applied.

Can't travel for a repair?

Don't panic, in case of accidental damage, free repair at home or at your workplace can be considered! However, this service is optional.

Livraison dans le delai et sans problème avec Geodis.

Article bien emballé et nickel à l'ouverture, montage rapide du guidon et application top pour les réglages.....le seul petit point négatif c'est qu'on ne peut pas mettre de siège apparemment, mais c'est vraiment un mini problème.
