The procedure to follow in the event of an accident

Once you have taken out the insurance, the procedure to follow in the event of a claim is very simple!

You have 5 working days to declare your claim, either by:

In the event of theft, you will not only have to declare your claim, but also file a complaint with the competent police authorities (the theft of the guaranteed machine must be mentioned in the complaint) with, of course, the various product references. guaranteed (brand, serial number, model, etc.).

The repair

With WEECLUB Premium, you will be able to have your product repaired directly by a Moov'Zen partner, or directly by WEEBOT! No additional charges will be applied.

Can't come for a repair?

Do not panic, in case of accidental breakage, free repair at home or at your workplace can be considered! However, this service is optional.
