The Elwing Nimbus Cruiser Powerkit edition electric skateboard is the new 2020 model from the French Skateboard brand Elwing . This big brother of the New Nimbus has a wider deck and an improved electrical system.

A wider deck for comfortable rides

With its classic design, the Elwing Nimbus Cruiser electric skateboard is a skate that will delight all fans of urban sliding. The wide deck gives you perfect stability and very good ride comfort. The kicktail has been enlarged which greatly facilitates maneuvers.

The Nimbus is made with high quality materials including the deck made of 7 layers of Canadian maple wood . In addition, the 90mm wheels are fitted with ball bearings which provide good concentricity and low wear.

These specifications make the Nimbus electric skateboard very lively and responsive for use that does not distort the skateboard sensations. You can easily perform ollies, manuals and other usual tricks .

The wheels of the Elwing are made of high quality polyurethane (83A URH hardness) . This makes rides more comfortable allowing you to turn short and maintain control at high speeds.

The range is made up of 2 versions of the Nimbus, Powerkit and Powerkit Sport.

The Powerkit complies with decree # 2019-1082 with a limited speed of 25 km/h . For private use you can also opt for the Powerkit Sport which can reach a top speed of 38 km/h .

It should be noted that the Powerkit version is also equipped with front and rear lights, reflectors and a bell.

The new Nimbus bluetooth wireless remote control allows 3 ride modes (eco, city and sport)

In addition, the battery recharges during rides using a kinetic energy recovery system when braking. It is integrated into a new waterproof casing which now has the IP65 standard.

Another novelty, the battery is interchangeable with a simple skate tool (supplied in the box). You can therefore change the battery during your journey and thus continue to drive!
