If the rim is worn, it is a real danger for your driving. In order to feel safer, the complete wheel should be replaced.

To change the Dualtron Thunder tyre, simply remove the nuts using a screwdriver, then remove the defective tire and refit the new tyre.

Finally, remember to retighten all the parts in the opposite direction to disassembly.
