Acheminement des contrôleurs

Les produits pour l'instant tout va bien par contre le temps d'attente des pièces entre la sortie d'usine en Corée et l'arrivée en France trop long. Commande des pièces fin avril on m'a dit qu'il y aurait environ 4 semaines d'attente avant que la boutique de lyon les reçoit du pays d'origine. Ma
trottinette aurait du être prête début juin. Malheureusement ce n'était pas le cas car en Corée ils ont oublié de les envoyer dans le premier container. On m'a dit qu'un 2 ème container devait arriver début août mes pièces était dedans. J'ai donc pu récupérer ma trottinette seulement mi-août. Je sais que le problème provenait du pays d'origine, la boutique de Lyon n'y était pour rien... !! L'équipe est super et réactive !!
