Description of the Closca Anti-Pollution/Surgical Mask

The famous design studio Closca helps fight the epidemic and pollution with this new mask. The goal is to design a symbol of the era we live in and to create a mask wearable every day if these were to be integrated into our lifestyle.

An adjustable design mask

The Closca mask design was conceived to be adjustable. Its velcro closure allows it to fit different head sizes.

It is made from micro-perforated fabrics to allow better breathability and comfort.

Moreover, the mask is foldable to let you store it hygienically in a provided pouch. Instead of putting it in your pocket or leaving it lying around, you can easily store it without risk of contamination.

A washable anti-pollution/surgical mask

The filter is washable and you can disinfect it, for example, in case of contamination. To wash the filter, simply soak it for a few minutes in boiling water and then dry it.

The Closca mask pack includes 6 disposable filters (approved according to UNE 0065 standards). They have been inserted avoiding direct contact with the face and skin, thus increasing their durability. You can also buy the Closca anti-pollution mask filters in refills of 12 units.

The materials offer a bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) of 98.04%, having passed the relevant tests according to the EN 14683:2019 standard, equivalent to a type II surgical mask.
